Mark Baldridge and I started the Faithfulcrum podcast to talk honestly about the tensions people of faith face today — identity, Scripture, justice, belonging, and what it means to live with conviction without losing compassion. Season One surprised us. Each conversation sparked something creative, and we decided to take it on as a weekly challenge: Every episode would end with a brand-new hymn inspired directly by that day’s discussion.

Ten episodes. Ten songs. No plan other than letting the conversation sing.

Coming January 1, 2026, those Season One songs are being released as a full album, “New Hymns” —the season one song collection — remastered and streaming everywhere.
