Colors
This green that sinks down
into old pines and spruce on the
edge of El Cielo in
northern New Mexico
and moves toward blue
ever so slightly,
frames my mind,
sparking almost white
along the edges forming
dreams
and moving me to
speak... to write
or just hum this sunset
like part of the spectrum.
