Transparent
At times, we are stripped down
to underthings, what was blushed-over, now center
of the seen.
Unveiled, we are handled by others—
the instinctive charm of nakedness heating the
trembling hour.
Lovely glass sculptures totter, bursting,
prismatic with color,
blood, the trail of my barefooted escape.
